This is a sacred space to dissolve, reimagine, and reweave.

Together, we will soften into the unknown and listen for what wants to emerge – within us, and beyond us.

Chrysalis is for those standing at a precipice.

This is for artists, seekers, leaders, and world builders in the midst of change – feeling the pull of a life more aligned with soul, but unsure how to cross the chasm.

This container is a sanctuary for the in-between.
A place to grieve, vision, ground, and grow.
A space to return to your essence of innocence, and remember what is true.

WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE:

Through ritual, dialogue, and embodied practice, we’ll work with:

Futures methodologies & visioning practices
Animist ways of being and knowing
Breathwork for healing, clarity, and integration
Grief, prayer, and ancestral connection
Feminine leadership & the art of deep listening
Self-trust, self-care, and radical self-love

This is not a course in doing more.
This is a space to shed, soften, and remember.
A quiet revolution of spirit and soul.

4 Group Sessions
(2 hrs, every other week)
Coaching, inquiry, ritual, and sacred space holding with Aubrey Yee.
4 Breathwork & Integration Sessions
(2 hrs, every other week)
Somatic clearing, nervous system support, and embodied insight.
Private community group to stay connected between sessions.
