Futures Consulting & Facilitation
We partner with visionary organizations and changemakers to design life-affirming futures rooted in interbeing, systems awareness, and radical imagination. Through immersive facilitation, curated learning journeys, and futures-based design, we help catalyze transformation where it’s most needed – at the root of culture, narrative, and possibility.
Gatherings & Land-Based Retreats
Held at Hokuao Temple Farm, our sacred site on the North Shore of Oahu, these immersive offerings are rituals of re-connection. Each retreat is rooted in the rhythms of the land, guided by ancient wisdom, and infused with Earth-honoring practices.
We curate seasonal ceremonies, community meals, storytelling circles, ‘aina (living land) educational experiences, and time for sacred rest. You are invited to come as you are – to slow down, to reattune to Gaia’s frequency, and to remember your place in the web of life.

Farm & Temple
Hokuao Farm is a permaculture learning farm where you can experience the healing of connection with ‘aina (living land). Our seasonal Farm & Temple gatherings, and weekly farm tours, are a celebration of land, kinship, and nourishment. Set beneath the stars and amidst the bounty of our syntropic farm, these evenings feature soul-nourishing meals, regenerative food practices, music, poetry, and storytelling.
These are spaces of reverence, joy, and beauty, where the Earth is teacher and host. Through shared meals, we honor the cycles of growth, reciprocity, and right relation.
Interbeing: A 7-Month Journey

A mythopoetic pilgrimage for those called to live in alignment with their purpose, and to reimagine the future from the inside out.
INTERBEING is a container for becoming – blending systems thinking, ritual, ancestral wisdom, and embodiment practices. Over 7 months, participants journey through deep personal unraveling, spiritual remembering, and visionary reweaving
Workshops & Circles
We offer intimate in-person and virtual workshops focused on spiritual ecology, futures literacy, decolonial leadership, and somatic integration. Many align with lunar rhythms, seasonal transitions, or local activations.
Some of our workshops include: New Moon Ceremonies & Breathwork Journeys, Dialogues with Elders and Visionaries, Decolonizing Education – Sacred Unschooling (for homeschoolers + families), and Systems Collapse & Sacred Emergence.
These offerings are fluid and community-responsive.
