Friday Morning Yoga – OCTOBER 17
Yoga on the Farm: Breathe, Move & Reconnect with Nature
Escape the hustle and join us for a peaceful, grounding yoga flow surrounded by the beauty of our Hokuao Farm. Fresh air, open skies, and a mindfully guided practice.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking for something different, this class is designed to help you unwind, stretch out, and find your center – all in a serene outdoor setting that feels a world away from daily stress.
What to Expect:
An empowering, moderately-paced yoga flow-your practice will feel like an expression of your inner dance.
Guidance from Abby, an E-RYT 500 and former professional dancer.
Space to breathe deeply and move mindfully.
A calming sound and song bath to close, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and recharged.
Come as you are – bring your mat, water, and an open heart. Let our farm be your studio.
Limited spots available. Pre-registration recommended!
Recommended Donation: $20–$25 (cash or Venmo: @abbyrcockrell)
How to Get to the Temple:
Add Hi Honey Farm to your GPS, then come in through the yellow gate and follow the road as it curves downhill. Keep following the road straight, through the two black gates, and continue following the road straight until the end. You’ll see our container cafe, a beautiful open field, and 3 Javanese structures with red roofs.

The OBF team
